Cyrano, meet Fay. Sis, meet Cyrano, the target Coyote uses when he’s bored and wants a plaything, and a fellow of enormous virtue and wit.

Yay! “Okay, so if you wanna get to the MizKit (and who doesn’t?) ya just follow the corpus callosum for a piece and turn left at the CyranoCyrano.”

Well yes, but only for locals. If they’re from out of brain, then they’re likely to get mixed up in the kirbyk interchange–it’s not as well marked as it really ought to be.

you know, you’re not the first person I’ve heard say that. You’re right on top of it before you see it and then zooomdammit.

cuz, you really, really want .

Trust me. So many happy work hours lost to it. And normally I despise the genre.

fanfic. Usually so laaaame. But this is generally excessively well-written as well as true to the original.

I had a traumatic experience with my first fanfic, and I blame that for my reluctance to experiment further. It makes me sound less of an elitist snob than if I say “Sturgeon’s Law applies here, and it’s not worth it to me to wade through the poor spelling, poor characterization, rambling nonsensical plots and just downright *awful* writing to find the gems.”

          2. Re: squeeeeeee!

I repeat: try it. I have no shame – I am a snob about fiction (unless it comes in film form, in which case I figure my excellent musical taste makes up for my appalling taste in moving pictures) and I’ve not found a detestable one in that collection yet…

  1. not that far away really 😀
